Oral care is so important. Clean your mouth and teeth gently every morning, evening and after each meal.

Use a soft toothbrush to avoid irritating your gums especially if you have a low platelet count. NEVER share your toothbrush and thoroughly rinse it with tap water after brushing to remove any remaining toothpaste and debris. Store the brush in an upright position if possible and allow the toothbrush to air-dry until used again. Keep the brushes separated from others to prevent cross-contamination and avoid storing  in a closed container as moist areas are particularly prone to bacterial growth.

We have popped our very own soft Kit toothbrush in Kit.
