Shopping can be so exhausting so try and shop at less busy times (evenings or early in the morning).
“Shop ’til you drop” is not an option. It is best not to carry so use a trolley where possible. Consider supermarket shopping online and have your groceries delivered. Learn which shops and the staff are considerate and will offer you some help.
Maybe friends and family could set up a schedule to help you shop and plan your supplies so that period when your immune system is down you have plenty that you can eat even when you feel sick.
