Fatigue and dressing

Do you know that the average woman takes around 15 minutes each day to pick out clothes for the day?

With “cancer” fatigue even getting dressed can be exhausting. Try not to be exhausted before you go out. Plan what you will wear and have your clothes ready so you can rest just before dressing. Try to choose clothes that are easy to take off. Always have a chair nearby and sit down to dress where possible.  Avoid bending from a standing position. Wear comfortable clothes and forget about those high heels, invest in some sparkly low-heeled shoes.
