Are you guilty?

Whether it is cancer fatigue, chemo brain or just distraction, multitasking can be difficult and as it turns out we are not good at walking and talking on the phone at the same time.

Just as drivers who text, talk on their phones or adjust MP3 players they increase their risk of losing control of their vehicles, pedestrians distracted by their conversations, checking emails or text messaging put themselves at higher risk of getting into an accident.

Yes, most of us are guilty of it yet that behavior is more dangerous than we realise.

Treatments including radiation, chemotherapy, and medications may pose a bone health risk and people undergoing cancer treatment are more at risk for Osteoporosis.

Don’t be tempted, concentrate where you are walking and avoid talking on your phone as you walk.
