Chemo brain that many patients experience after chemotherapy can be so frustrating and multi-tasking becomes more difficult.

At times we can all be forgetful but imagine this happening frequently on a daily basis. Chemo brain takes those cognitive issues we have and intensifies them.

it can impact people’s daily activities especially specific situations when multitasking. Like answering the phone while cooking, but when you have chemo brain, you tend to forget what you are cooking and just continue chatting. Rather than trying to do lots of things at once, you choose how to spend your time and attention and commit fully to the task in hand, remembering you many not always have the energy to complete that task at the time.

STAY SAFE, eliminate the multi-tasking by only doing one thing at a time.
