Keep sticky notes

If you are currently experiencing chemo brain symptoms there are ways to help get yourself through them.

Sticky notes are so handy to jot down a short reminder. Shelli would have them posted over her wardrobe door so she wouldn’t forget anything. She loved the little section her niece Lyla had set up with her own sticky notes with pretend writing on them.

White boards are handy too, especially for lists and to write down what you need to remember or questions to ask when they occur.

Use a planner or your smartphone to keep track of your appointments with reminders set. We have added a notebook to our Kit for you to jot down notes, reminders appointments and lists.
