List your medication

It is important to have a written list of what surgery, radiation, chemotherapy and medications that you are currently on.

If there is an emergency your carer will need to to relay this information on to your emergency providers.

I was caught out the first time Shelli required an ambulance so this became important information that needed to be updated regularly. I cannot stress enough how important this is, for anyone to have their medication listed as panic and brain fades happen in emergency situations.
