The Royal Wedding

We wish Prince Harry and Meghan all the best for their wedding day. If you are resting and bored with the normal everyday TV then you will have plenty to watch.

Put your feet up and enjoy all the celebrations from the UK.

Check out Who‘s key times timeline of the royal wedding for Australia’s TV viewers with Channel 9, Channel 7. ABC and BBC UKTV all broadcasting the event.

6pm AEST – Members of the public who were invited by Harry and Meghan to watch the wedding from outside Windsor Castle will arrive.

6:30-8pm AEST – Wedding guests will begin to arrive and take their seats inside St. George’s chapel.

8:20pm AEST– Members of the royal family begin to arrive and enter the chapel.

Meghan’s mother, Doria, will travel with the bride-to-be from their overnight accommodation. The Suitsactress will then be met by her father, Thomas, who will walk her down the aisle.

9:00pm AEST – The service begins. We will finally see Harry and Meghan stand side-by-side as bride and groom.

10:00pm AEST– The service ends and Harry and Meghan will emerge from St. George’s Chapel as husband and wife. They will be followed by the royal family and guests.

10:05pm AEST– The newlyweds will begin their carriage procession through the streets of Windsor. This ride in their horse and carriage will take approximately 15-25 minutes.

4:00am AEST – Harry and Meghan will depart Windsor Castle to head to the wedding reception at Frogmore House where 200 guests will be hosted by Prince Charles.
