Learn to live one day at a time. It’s easy to overlook this simple strategy during stressful times. Focus on the next important task at hand and getting through it, be it scans, chemotherapy, radiation, surgery, or whatever you are facing at present.
When the future is uncertain, organizing and planning may suddenly seem overwhelming. Remember, when you are up to it, throw in a few dreams or reward yourself!
