The most common side effects associated with radiation therapy for breast cancer are sunburn-like skin irritation of the targeted area , red dry tender or itchy skin, skin discoloration, breast heaviness and fatigue. Wear loose-fitting cotton clothes during this time as bras and tight clothes could rub your skin and cause soreness.

We have included sorbolene cream and Thursday Plantation Aloe Vera Gel to help with your skin problems.

TIP: Make sure you keep your Aloe Vera Gel in the fridge and the cool gel will be an awesome relief to skin that is hot and hurts.

You should check with your medical team before using any deodorants, lotions, or creams on the treated area.
