Dehydration is much less noticeable in colder weather and even mild dehydration can lead to mood changes, headaches, fatigue and difficulty concentrating.

If it’s just too cold to drink water from the tap or fridge during Winter choose warm water and add slices of fresh ginger, a lovely tummy soothing addition.

Switch your tea or coffee for herbal teas or boiled water with a slice of lemon.

Our corporate partner Kee-Moh Snacks has a fabulous ginger and lemongrass tea to help eliminate that treatment induced metallic taste and get the taste buds back on track. It’s 0rganic, vegan gluten, sugar free and comes with a couple of extras – hibiscus and calendula. This tea aids in soothing your tummy and quelling nausea brought on by chemotherapy and other cancer treatments.
