Sometimes it can be easier to pretend you’re okay than having to explain to everyone why you’re not. Or worse realising even if you wanted to there is no one there to listen.
Don’t pretend you are fine when you are not. It’s important to let someone else know. Your family, friends and carer will understand your emotions if they realise you are going through a rough patch. You don’t always have to keep calm and carry on. Simple conversations can change the way you feel so allow yourself to freak out and ask for help.
