Grazing is eating small portions of food in place of a full-sized meal or to snack during the course of the day in place of regular meals. If you are nauseous try spreading your small meals & snacks out over the day so that you attempt to eat something every few hours. You can be put off eating by just looking at a large plate of food. This is important on “chemotherapy” days because having an empty stomach can also add to the nausea.
