You can have good days and bad days where you fall into a tearful heap. Sometimes it’s just an insensitive comment that can set you off. Maybe you have had one too many “Oh, you have cancer” pity faces where you want to punch them in the face.
These days are frustrating and mentally exhausting. You can be irritable and hard to handle as well quickly snapping at people without meaning to. If you feel you are having a bad day, warn your family, friends/carers, they will then understand.
Worst comes to worst, take a damn nap for a couple hours, wake up, and hopefully you can reset.
Maybe tomorrow will be a good day again.again.
