Feeling angry is common for cancer patients and finding a support group or family and friends who can help you work through this difficult issue can be complicated. If you struggle to chat about your anger to others, write it down. Expressing anger in a productive and thoughtful manner can prevent emotions from building up. Writing it down may help you find what you see as the main issues and any possible solutions.
We include a journal in Kit. Pop your thoughts in there and discuss your feelings with your medical team. They can advise you who to chat to. We don’t want your anger potentially leading to more serious emotional problems.
