How do you pass the time at chemo and in waiting rooms? Do you pass the time with a good book?  Some patients like to put some music or eBooks on their iPhones/iPod and pop their headphones in. We include some headphones in Kit.

Often centres have wireless internet os you can bring your laptop, tablet, iPad etc and catch up emails, facebook, instagram or work you may want to do. There is always internet shopping although be aware if using public internet. You could also bring a movie or DVD to watch on your laptop. Consider a book or movie that will make you laugh or or feel good.

If you are into craft try knitting, crocheting or colouring books. Keeping occupied will help make time go by.
