Stop and smell the roses

I remember the first time I had cancer a friend brought me a bunch of jonquils. I burst into tears as I realised those growing in my garden had bloomed and gone and I had missed seeing them. As roses are now in full bloom I mean literally, stop and smell the roses. Go outside. Simply taking time to notice the  flowers and trees, sunny and cloudy skies and breathing in the fresh air can increase your general happiness and wellbeing.
