Feeling stressed? Spending time doing any activity that makes you feel calm or relaxed may help. Things may get on top of you and you may need to let off steam. Turning the music up very loud, having a good scream, thump a cushion or pillow or a good cry may release tension even for a few minutes can help.
Your journal can be a good listener, write things down to get rid of your frustrations.
None of these actions will do any harm but they may help you release some of that tension. If this becomes a regular occurrence please consult your medical team for advice.
