There’s no right or wrong way to maintain a journal. Take a few minutes each night to jot down your thoughts, feelings, anxieties, or simply how you’re coping so far. Add to that your temperature and how you are physically. Diarrhoea, constipated or okay? Appetite. yes, no! Keep it simple so it doesn’t feel like too much of a commitment. If that’s too much keep it around specifically for those difficult moments.
