Learn About Butterflies Day March 14

March 14 is Learn About Butterflies Day. Everyone likes butterflies. They’re fun to watch flittering about the garden although there does not appear to nearly as many around now. These colourful, winged creatures have a special meaning to us.

My granddaughter, Lyla and myself received lovely handmade gifts from a friend after Shelli passed away. This beautiful saying has become very special to us both.

“Whisper I love you to a butterfly and it will fly to heaven to deliver your message.”

Lyla is so excited when she sees one.

Sustainable Gardening Australia has some great tips on how to attract butterflies to your garden.
