Seasonal Affective Disorder

Beware Seasonal affective disorder (SAD) commonly known as “Winter Blues.”  It’s not just for cancer sufferers because these dark winter days and lack of daylight is enough to depress anyone.

Our  bodies crave light. If you feeling low try getting outside as often as you can, especially on bright days.  Find a window to sit near can also help.  If you’re not getting enough natural light from the sun, brighten your environment by turning the lights on to make up for what isn’t coming in naturally.
