It’s okay to have grumpy days

An important lesson to learn when caring for a cancer patients everyone gets a little grumpy when they are not feeling well. Don’t take it personally.

A cancer patient might tend to try to protect their family and friends  but they don’t always need to be strong or put on a “happy face” for the people around them. It’s okay to have bad days and might help those around you if you don’t act like everything’s okay when it isn’t. They need to be able to understand your feelings and realise why you are grumpy today.
