Winter moisturising

Tempting as it might be on these cold mornings avoid having your shower or bath too hot. Hot showers and baths strip skin of natural oils and exacerbate dryness. It’s important to use gentle products that minimize the chance of skin aggravations.

Make moisturising an important part of your skin care regimen during the chilly, cold weather. Cancer treatments may make your skin dry, itchy, and cracked, which is worse in the Winter because the humidity level drops. Moisturise after your shower or bath, within about three minutes while skin is still damp. Also consider using a humidifier.

We include Thank You. Hand Cream, Thursday Plantation All Vera Gel, Sorbolene Cream and Goat Soap in our Kit for Cancer case are skin products to help your skin on your way.
