Turn your phone off, light some candles, punch a cardboard cut-out of your nemesis, take a relaxing bath… do something that really de-stresses you. Schedule some daily relaxing time by spending time doing an activity you find relaxing, such as reading a book, gardening, craft or listening to music. Eat at your favorite restaurant or watch your favourite television show.
Find that quiet and peaceful place and have a happy Relaxation Day.
