Minimize the chance of Skin Aggravation

It’s important to use gentle products that minimize the chance of skin aggravations. Add sensitive skin to the long list of body changes happening during treatment. Cancer treatments may make your skin dry, itchy, and cracked increasing risk of infection when your skin and immune system are compromised. Some treatments are known to cause hands and feet to get red and hypersensitive. Keeping your skin moisturised is an important part of your skin care regimen.

Help is on its way in our Kit for Cancer case with Thankyou Nappy Balm, we like to call it “Butt Cream,” Thursday Plantation Aloe Vera Gel for when skin can take a beating with radiation and  Sorbolene Cream for when your skin becomes sensitive to everything.  Goat Soap, with the closest PH to your skin, and our soft handmade washcloth are great in the shower. Remember short warm showers, not hot! Keep those hands moisturised with our Thankyou hand cream.
