Celebrate but don’t get sick

December means Christmas celebrations.  Food-borne illnesses typically increase during the summer months, when bacteria can multiply quickly. Clean your hands before and after food preparation and before consuming produce.

You should remain vigilant take extra precautions about safe food-handling and which foods to avoid. Your health and fighting infection and germs is the most important factor when undergoing treatment so you cannot afford anyone near you,  especially when preparing food for you, to forget.

Don’t forget your best friend, hand sanitiser.  If soap and water are not available have plenty of hand sanitiser close by. We have popped a purse size thank you hand sanitiser in our Kit for Cancer case. Don’t leave home without it for all times you extra need extra hand protection.
