Feeling down? Tired? Not feeling festive? It’s important to let someone else know when you’re in a rough patch. Don’t pretend, or put on a “happy festive face,” if you don’t really feel that way. You don’t have to feel that you must be strong and protect your friends and family.
Keep activities simple and let people know that you may need to have a rest. Remember celebrations don’t have to be perfect.
