Our bodies crave light and Vitamin D. Due to darker days and grey weather, our body and mind suffers under the lack of Vitamin D. If you feeling low try getting outside as often as you can, especially on bright days. Find a window to sit near can also help. If you’re not getting enough natural light from the sun, brighten your environment by turning the lights on to make up for what isn’t coming in naturally.
