Fatigue and enjoying the little things

Did anyone suffer extreme fatigue from their AstraZeneca vaccination?  This gives you an idea of what a cancer patient can go through regularly.

Getting up in the morning, brushing your hair and teeth or eating solid food can be an accomplishment to someone with cancer fatigue, side affects from treatment or your cancer. It’s best to try to use your energy and aim for a positive mindset to focus on your wellness. Learn to enjoy the little things.

Doing things, even a little at a time, can help give you a sense that you are moving forward and achieving.  Not everything needs to be big and fabulously amazing.

How do you try and escape your fatigue? Do you listen to your favourite music, read a great book or magazine, go online, watch a funny movie or spend time with friends and visitors? Do you have a favourite craft or love being with your pet?

Questions, questions but all suggestions welcomed. You may give someone suffering cancer fatigue an idea to try.
